Class

Modern and Secure Client Management

The challenge with Windows 10/11 is that it can be both legacy and modern at the same time. You need to master both worlds simultaneously while using the same toolset.

In this training, you'll master them both; you'll learn how to build a rock-solid OS Deployment solution for Windows 10/11 using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and PowerShell from experts in the field.

You'll also learn to master new methods, like Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, and Windows Intune. But we all know this is not enough; all your workstations need to be protected and secure. Therefore, you'll learn how to apply security configurations to protect against cyber attacks and ransomware.

Class Overview

During this training, you'll learn to deploy and manage enterprise clients using both on-premises and cloud solutions. You'll get a thorough walk-through of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), co-management, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and supporting technologies, like DNS, DHCP PowerShell, etc. Not to forget, a deep technical drill down into the Windows 10 platform. You'll learn everything related to client management.

This class runs with security in mind for all steps. Therefore, you'll learn how to secure the entire solution, both the client system and tools. You'll learn things like Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Access Management, Privileged Access Workstations, Secure Admin Workstations, Defender for Endpoint, automatic patching, Administrative Tiering, secure service account configuration for all systems, and much more.

Leading client management experts developed this training, and it's based on real-life experiences from more than 40 years of working with client management in organizations of various sizes. The training always uses the latest version of Windows clients, servers, and system management components.

CLASS

Secure and Manage a Microsoft-based Hybrid Infrastructure

In this training, you'll learn how to deploy, configure, and operate Windows Server in On-Premises, Hybrid, and Cloud Only, focusing on the most common use cases for Windows Server and Azure Services. You'll learn how to deploy these roles using various methods, operating system deployment, ARM templates, and PowerShell to push out configuration.

It all needs to be secure! Therefore, you'll learn how to configure and administer the solutions using Multifactor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Privileged Access Workstations, Secure Admin Workstations, Administrative Tiering, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Azure AD Password Protection, BitLocker, Remote Credential Guard, Patch Management, Authentication Silos, secure service account configuration for all systems and much more.

Class Overview

You'll learn best and common practices to build and manage a secure and resilient environment. During the training, you'll deploy and manage Administrative Tiering, deploy Windows servers, implement Administrative Tiering and isolation to best prevent cyber attacks, and in case of a disaster, make sure it's built so that you can recover quickly and easily.

We all know that security is extremely important, so in this class, you'll learn how to correctly configure authentication silos for your important administrative accounts and deploy and configure privileged access workstations to ensure your administrative credentials are not spread around. Coupled with Conditional Access policies, you´ll have all the tools to successfully secure your hybrid environment.

System Center could be used to help you manage parts of the environment, so you'll learn how to use both the important parts from the system center suite, and also to connect to azure correctly to establish a cloud presence, and get the hybrid configuration correct!

During the week, you'll build and configure a close to perfect modern infrastructure, with parts on-premises and parts in the cloud. The class fits regardless of whether you're working with Hyper-V, VMware, or have everything running on physical hardware. It even fits if you run everything in the cloud.

How To Convince Your Boss

Learn from our subject matter experts with extensive experience on what to do in a changing IT world, and gain in-depth knowledge on how to successfully build and manage a secure hybrid infrastructure while keeping complexity down and increasing stability for your mobile workforce.
